Recipe - Hot Tomato Pan Bread

2 cup Selfrising flour
Three fourths cup Skim milk
One fourth cup Olive oil
4 ounce Egg substitute, liquid
10 ounce Tomatoes with green chilis;
minced
Vegetable cooking spray
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix until wellblended. Pour
batter into a preheated 9inch cake pan coated with vegetable spray. Bake
at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until bread tests done with toothpick.
Remove from pan; cool on a wire rack. Serve warm.
