Recipe - Hot Sweet-And-Sour Peanut Sauce

4 tablespoon Peanut butter
4 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Firmly packed brown sugar
One half teaspoon Cayenne
1 Sprig fresh coriander sprig
For garnish
In a small bowl whisk together well the peanut butter, the soy sauce, the
lemon juice, the brown sugar and the cayenne. Transfer the sauce to a small
serving bowl and garnish it with the coriander. Makes 2/3 cup.
