Recipe - Hot Spinach Salad

1 Bag spinach; rinse and
tear
5 sl Bacon
1 tablespoon Mustard
5 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 One half tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 Shots Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
4 Whole mushroom;
cut or sliced up optional

1. Dice and fry bacon.

2. Add next 4 ingredients. Cook until boiling and thick.

3. Add lemon and vinegar. Boil.

4. Pour over spinach. Add cut or sliced up mushrooms. Toss.
