Recipe - Hot Shrimp Dip

2 pound Cream cheese
8 ounce Shrimp, 150 200 count, raw
One half cup Yellow onion; finely chopped
One half cup Tomato; finely chopped
One fourth cup Jalapeno peppers; finely
chopped
1 tablespoon Garlic juice
Combine all ingredients and heat in a bainemarie (hot bath or double
boiler ) for 1 hour.
Best served with large dipping Fritos.
Keep hot, perhaps in a crockpot.
