Recipe - Hot Sausage Egg Casserole

3 pound Sausage; 1 hot, 2 mild
1 Onion; chopped
2 Green peppers; chopped
4 Tomatoes; chopped
3 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese3 c.
Bisquick
3 cup Milk
9 Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt

Bake at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 pan or larger. Brown sausage in skillet,
mix green pepper, onion, tomatoes together and pour over sausage. Sprinkle
cheese on top. Pour Bisquick mixture over all then bake at 350 degrees for
35 to 40 minutes. Should have a slightly brown tone.
