Recipe - Hot Puffs Filled With Butter

2 cup Sifted flour
One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Melted butter
2 teaspoon Dry yeast
1 cup Warm milk
12 tablespoon Unsalted butter
Mix flour and salt in bowl. Stir in melted butter. Dissolve yeast in
One half cup milk and add flour to mixture. Add rest of milk and mix to
form dough. Knead lightly on floured board until rounded and smooth.
Roll out to 1/4" thick and cut with 3" biscuit cutter. Lay rounds on
buttered foil, cover with a towel and let rise 30 minutes. Fry on
lightly buttered griddle 34 minutes until bottoms are brown. Turn
and brown other side. Split and fill with remaining butter.
