Ingredients:
Hot Peach Sauce recipe makes 6 Servings
2 tablespoon Margarine
3 tablespoon Packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
3 md Firm ripe peaches cut or sliced up
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Combine margarine, brown sugar and lemn juice in 1 One half qt. casserole. Cover
and Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Stir once. Add peaches. Cover and
Microwave on High for 3 minutes. Stir once. Add vanilla. Serve warm over
pancakes, ice cream, plain cake or serve in bowls with milk.
