2 teaspoon Mustard prepared, heaping
1 teaspoon Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Cream
1 ds Cinnamon
1 ds Salt
1 teaspoon Flour
2 Eggs
One half cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 ds Nutmeg
1 ds Cayenne Pepper
Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Cook in double boiler, stirring
constantly until mixture thickens. This is great served with a ham. It is
also good with turkey on sandwiches, with some of the leftover dressing.
