Recipe - Hot Mushroom Crostini

1 Pillsbury French Loaf
6 ounce Light cream cheese; softened
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
One fourth cup Parmesan cheese; shredded
2 tablespoon Bacon pieces; real
1 Clove garlic; pressed
One fourth teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One half cup Mushroom; fresh
BREAD: Preheat oven to 375. Spray bread tube with a vegetable spray. Place
bread dough in the tube and bake for 50 min. Let cool before thinly slicing
with knife.
SPREAD: Preheat oven to 400. Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl and stir
until blended. Chop mushrooms very fine and add to cheese mixture. Fill
decorating tube with spread and pipe thinly onto cut or sliced up bread using large
star tip. Bake on a stone for 1012 min.
NOTES : Serve warm can use light mayonnaise
