Recipe - Hot Mushroom Bacon Spread

2 cup Whole coriander seeds
2 cup Whole allspice
1 cup Whole cloves
One half cup Whole anise seeds
1 cup Dried mint
2 cup 3" cinnamon sticks
1 cup Dried lemon grass and
stalks (opt)
1 cup Dried orange peel
1 cup Whole star anise (opt)

Mix together all the ingredients. Keep in a tightly sealed container.
