Recipe - Hot Jerky Marinade

2 teaspoon Chili powder
2 teaspoon Dried garlic powder
1 teaspoon Brown sugar
One half teaspoon Cayenne pepper
One half teaspoon Liquid smoke (up to 1)
2 teaspoon Pepper
2 teaspoon Dried onion powder
2 tablespoon Salt
2 pound Lean meat, cut in strips
1 cup Water
Mix ingredients. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 6 hours before
drying.
