6 pound HOMINY GRITS #2402
3 tablespoon SALT TABLE 5LB
1. ADD SALT AND CEREAL TO BOILING WATER; STIR TO PREVENT LUMPING.
2. RETURN TO A BOIL, REDUCE HEAT AND LET SIMMER, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY
FOR 5 MINUTES.
3. TURN OFF HEAT, COVER AND LET STAND BEFORE SERVING (5 MINUTES).
