Recipe - Hot Ham-And-Cheese Tortillas

2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
4 6inch flour tortillas
8 1 ounce slices fully cooked ham
4 1oz slices Swiss or
American cheese

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, parsley, and mustard. Spread on tortillas.
Arrange two slices of ham and one slice cheese atop each tortilla. Roll up
and secure with wooden toothpicks. Place on a microwavesafe plate. Cover
and microwave on HIGH for 1 One half to 3 minutes or till heated through.
