Recipe - Hot Fudge Icing

1 cn (13oz) evaporated milk
2 cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Flour
1 Stick butter
1 tablespoon Vanilla
6 tablespoon Cocoa

Mix sugar, cocoa and flour. Add milk and blend well. Add butter and
vanilla. Cook until thick. Pour over warm sheet cake.
