One fourth teaspoon Orange peel
grated
1 ounce Couscous
uncooked
One half ounce Almonds
toasted, cut or sliced up
1 tablespoon HalfandHalf
In saucepan, combine One fourth cup water and the orange peel and bring to a
boil; remove from heat and stir in couscous. Cover and let stand for 5
minutes. Transfer couscous to serving bowl; top with almonds and
halfandhalf.
