200 sl BREAD CH 7 GRAIN #83
1. SLICE CORNED BEEF INTO THIN SLICES, 1925 PER POUND.
2. PLACE 34 SLICES CORNED BEEF ON BREAD.
3. CUT EACH SANDWICH IN HALF. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
NOTE: 1. SEE GUIDELINES FOR SANDWICH RECIPE NO. NG1.
2. IN STEP 1, 32 LB 3 OZ CORNED BEEF WILL YIELD ABOUT 18 LB 12 OZ
COOKED CORNED BEEF.
