Recipe - Hot Chutney

2 cup Fresh mint leaves; (packed)
2 cup Fresh cilantro leaves;
(packed)
2/3 cup Cider vinegar
One fourth cup Sugar
4 Jalapeno chilies; seeded
1 Fresh ginger piece; peeled,
cut into
; 1/2inch pieces
; (2inch)
1 teaspoon Salt
One half cup Plain yogurt
Combine all ingredients except yogurt in processor and blend until very
finely chopped. Mix in yogurt. Transfer to bowl. (Can be prepared 1 day
ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
Makes about 2 cups.
