Recipe - Hot Chocolate To Die For

Ingredients:
Hot Chocolate To Die For recipe makes 1 Servings
2 ounce Milk chocolate (up to 3)
1 tablespoon Butter
One fourth teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Half and half; OR cream
Miniature marshmallows;
garnish
Nutmeg; garnish
For each cup, in a double boiler combine ingredients. Stir together until
completely melted and smooth. Then add the cream. Add the halfandhalf or
cream slowly, incorporating it gradually as it heats but do not boil. Serve
over a handful of miniature marshmallows and garnish with a dash of nutmeg.
