Recipe - Hot Chocolate Special

2 One half cup Milk, scalded
2 ounce (2 squares) unsweetened
Chocolate, quartered
One fourth cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 ds Salt

Rinse an electic blender container with hot water. Put into container=7F
about One half cup scalded milk, chocolate, sugar, vanilla and salt. Cover and
blend about 1 minute, or until smooth and color is even throughout. Add
remaining scalded milk and blend until thoroughly mixed. Serve immediately.
