Recipe - Hot Chocolate Souffle

3 Squares unsweetened
chocolate
1 cup Sugar; divided
4 Eggs; separated
One fourth teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Vanilla
One half cup Broken pecans
Whipping cream; whipped
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler or in microwave. Stir in 1/3 cup
sugar. Beat egg whites and salt. Continue beating and add 1/3 cup sugar.
Combine yolks and whites. Fold in chocolate. Add vanilla and nuts. Turn
into a wellbuttered 1 quart casserole. Set casserole in pan of hot water.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 375ø. Serve with whipped cream. Yield: 6
servings.
