Recipe - Hot Chocolate

2 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
1 cup Water
One fourth cup Sugar
ds Salt
3 cup Milk
Heat chocolate and water in 1.5quart saucepan, stirring constantly, until
chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in sugar and salt. Heat to
boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered, stirring constantly, 4 minutes.
Stir in milk; heat just until hot (do not boil). Beat with hand beater
until foamy. Serve immediately. 6 servings (ahaut 2/3 cup each);165
calories per serving.
