3 ounce Jalapeno peppers, chopped
8 ounce Red peppers, chopped
8 tablespoon Capsicum pepper
3 Chinese chilies, dried
4 teaspoon Cayenne
4 pound Beef, ground
4 Bell pepper, chopped
4 Onion, medium, chopped
12 tablespoon Chili powder
2 teaspoon Mustard powder
48 ounce Stewed tomatoes
48 ounce Corn, cut
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
2 cup Wine
OPTIONAL
52 ounce Kidney beans
Brown ground beef. Add chopped peppers and onion. After onions and peppers
are cooked add every thing else. Simmer for 2 hours, stir occ.
Serve the beans on the side, if you must.
