Recipe - Hot Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

One half pound Grated Parmesan
One half pound Cream cheese; softened
2 Eggs
One half teaspoon Salt
1 ds Cayenne
1 cup Fresh white bread; Crumbs
Peanut or salad oil for;
Frying

1. In medium bowl, combine both cheeses, eggs, salt, and cayenne. Beat with
wooden spoon until smooth. Form into 1inch balls.

2. On waxed paper, roll each lightly in bread crumbs. Refrigerate.

3. In deep skillet or deepfat fryer, slowly heat oil (about 2 inches) to
350F on deep frying thermometer. Fry cheese balls, turning once, 1 minute,
or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve hot Makes 30.
