Recipe - Hot Beef Party Spread

1 tablespoon Butter
One half cup Chopped Green Onion
2 tablespoon Chablis or Dry White Wine
8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
One half cup Sour Cream
2 One half ounce Jar of Dried Beef, finely
chopped
One half cup Chopped Pecans

Place butter in a 1 quart casserole and microwave on high until melted. Add
onions, cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes or until tender. Stir in
wine, microwave on high for 1 minute. Add next 4 ingredients and mix well.
Microwave on high for 4 more minutes.

Serve with crackers

This is also a good spread to place over a low heat burner at a party.
