Recipe - Hot Baked Bananas

8 lg Firm bananas
1 cup Brown sugar
1 One half Rounded teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
Three fourths cup White wine
250 ml Cream
1 teaspoon Icing sugar
One half teaspoon Vanilla
Peel the bananas and place them in an oven proof dish. Mix the brown sugar,
cinnamon and ginger together and scatter over the bananas and pour over the
white wine.
Cook on the centre shelf of a preheated 200 degrees C oven for 30 minutes.
Serve hot with the cream that has been whipped with icing sugar and
vanilla.
