Recipe - Hot Bacon Cheese Spread

1 Loaf; (18 oz) round bread
12 sl Center cut bacon; crumbled
1 pack Colby / Monterey Jack
cheese; (8 oz)
1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese; (8
oz)
1 cup Mayonnaise; (8 oz)
1 small Onion; finely chopped
1 Clove garlic; minced

Cut lengthwise slice from top of bread loaf, remove center, leaving 1inch
thick shell. Cut removed bread into bitesized pieces; set aside. Mix
remaining ingredients in small bowl. Spoon into hollowed bread shell. Cover
shell with top of bread; place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 1
hour. Garnish with leaf lettuce. Serve with bread pieces and crackers.
Makes 3 One half cups..
