Recipe - Hot Bacon-Cheese Bites

Categories: Appetizers, Hot Bacon-Cheese Bites
Ingredients:

6 sl Crisp bacon; crumbled
1 cup Shredded american cheese
One fourth cup Salad dressing
2 tablespoon Finely chopped green onion
One fourth teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 ds Hot pepper sauce
Sliced white or rye bread

Combine bacon with all remaining ingredients except bread; mix well. Cut
bread into twenty 11/2inch squares; spread with salad dressing. Top with
cheese mixture; broil until bubbly, about 1 to 2 minutes.

TIP: Spread may be made ahead of time and refrigerated.

Notes: This cookbook was acquired at a junk sale. It captured my interest
because of the annotated comments beside the recipes. The original owner
had made comments or just check marks beside certain recipes. I will
include these as I scan.
