Recipe - Hot And Sweet Mustard

4 Egg; lightly beaten
One half cup Sugar
1 cn Dry mustard (2 oz)
1 cup Apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 One half teaspoon Cayenne pepper
One half cup Butter or margarine
melted
Combine all ingredients in top of a double boiler. Cook over low heat,
shicking constantly, until thickened (about 10 minutes). Cool and pour into
container. Store in refrigerator.
