Recipe - Hot And Spicy Chicken With Raita

4 Hot and spicy chicken
drumsticks and
; thighs or 12 hot and spicy
chicken
; wings
RAITA
One half Cucumber; finely minced
1 tablespoon Freshly chopped mint
1 tablespoon Freshly chopped coriander
300 ml Natural yogurt; (One half pint)
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper
Delicious accompanied with basmati or pilau rice and mango chutney.
1. Barbecue the chicken drumsticks or thighs over a moderate heat for 3040
minutes, or the chicken wings for 2530 minutes, turning occasionally.
2. Mix together the cucumber, mint, coriander and yogurt then chill until
required. Season to taste just before serving.
3. Serve the chicken with the raita.
