Recipe - Horseradish Vinaigrette

One fourth cup Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
(OR up to double amount)
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
One half teaspoon Soy sauce
One half teaspoon Freshly grated horseradish
(or prepared)
1 Garlic clove; minced
2 teaspoon to
3 teaspoon Fresh herbs *
One half cup Olive oil
* Fresh herbs mix should be equal parts basil, dill, parsley and chervil.
Place all ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake jar vigorously until
mixed.
