SALT,SUGAR,WATER,AND LEMON JUICE.ADD MORE BEETS IF YOU DESIRE MORE COLOR,
MORE WATER FOR THINNER CONSISTENCY.ADJUST SEASONINGS TO TASTE.YIELDS 2 CUP
