Recipe - Horseradish Marinade (For Beef)

One fourth cup Dry red wine
2 tablespoon Fresh thyme; minced
2 tablespoon Lowsodium worcestershire
sauce
2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
2 tablespoon Prepared horseradish
2 tablespoon Tomato paste
1 One half teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
4 Cloves garlic; minced
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stire well. Use to marinate beef.
Yield: Three fourths cup.
