Recipe - Horseradish Barbecue Sauce

6 pound Chicken pieces
One half cup Fresh lemon juice
One half cup Ketchup
4 dr Hot pepper sauce
1 Salt and pepper
1 cup Butter
One half cup Cider vinegar
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup Prepared horseradish

Combine all ingredients in a non aluminum sauce pan and bring just to a
boil. Lower heat immediately and simmer 15 minutes. Makes about 1 One half cups.
Lightly brush on barbecue sauce. Do no let chicken burn.
