Recipe - Horseman Stew (Pastissada)

1 Gill Milk
One half teaspoon Mixed mustard
1 Gill Cream
1 tablespoon Vinegar
3 tablespoon Grated Horse Radish
1 teaspoon Sugar
Salt and pepper
Do this: Mix the dry ingredients and stir in the milk and cream. Lastly the
Vinegar.
Before the wires burn hot with the question "What is a gill" If I remmember
correctly from many years ago it is One fourth imp pint. When I make it I use 8
