Recipe - Hors Dogs

One fourth cup Cheddar cheese, grated
One half teaspoon Brewer's yeast
2 tablespoon Hydrogenated vegetable
Shortening
One fourth cup Swiss cheese, grated
One half cup Oatmeal, toasted

Combine cheeses, brewer's yeast & shortening. Using plastic wrap,
shape mixture into a log about 1" in diameter & 8" long. Roll log in
toasted oatmeal. Refrigerate. Slice into halfinch rounds & serve.
