Recipe - Horchata De Arroz

2 qt Water
1 cup Rice
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half Lemon
1 cup Sugar
Wash the rice under running water in a strainer & leave to soak for 3 hrs a
bowl of water. Drain and boil in 2 quarts of water. When the rice is
cooked, leave to cool and force through a sieve, mashing the grains with a
spoon. Add the sugar, a few drops of lemon juice and the cinnamon.
