8 ounce Chicken Stock
4 tablespoon Roasted Garlic *
5 ounce Green beans; blanched
4 ounce Mushrooms
2 Ears of corn; scraped
1 bn Green onions
8 ounce Fettucine
Parsley
Parmesian Cheese
* Roast a whole head of garlic in 350 oven for 30 to 60 minutes. Sqeeze out
desired amount. Heat the stock, garlic and veggies. Serve over cooked
pasta. Garnish with parsley and parmesian.
