1.5 pound loaf:
3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Oatmeal; whirred in blender
another handful or so of
oatmeal thrown
In during kneading
One fourth cup Honey
1 One half cup Warm water
1 tablespoon Yeast
4 tablespoon Gluten
Watch the initial kneading for a bit I had to adjust a little to get a
good dough ball I think because the oatmeal absorbs differently than the
flour enjoy and thanks for all the great recipies! Cherie
