Recipe - Honeyed Roast Potatoes

Ingredients:
Honeyed Roast Potatoes recipe makes 4 Servings
2 md Potatoes; peeled
2 tablespoon Oil
2 tablespoon Butter
Salt to taste
One fourth cup Honey
1. Add potatoes to a pan of cold water, bring to the boil then drain
immediately.
2. Place potatoes in a baking dish and butter and sprinkle with a little
salt.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
4. Baste with honey and bake a further 20 mins. or until tender.
