Recipe - Honeyed Chicken Wings

1 cup Honey
One half cup Soy sauce
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 tablespoon Catsup
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
One half teaspoon Pepper
3 tablespoon White wine; (or rice wine if
available)
2 pound Disjointed chicken wings;
(up to 3)
Mix all the ingredients except chicken together and pour over wings. If
possible, marinate for several hours in the refrigerator, but this step is
not absolutely necessary. Place wings in a baking pan and bake at 400
degrees F. about 30 to 40 minutes or until nicely browned, turning once.
