2 pound Stwing beef
1 lg Onion
2 teaspoon Mustard powder
2 tablespoon Honey
3 Celery stalks
Three fourths pt Water
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 md Green pepper
6 ounce Ketchup
Heat a little oil in a pan,, brown cubed meat, slice onion and pepper, chop
celery, add to beef, mix the rest and pour over. Cover and cook at Mark 4,
350 F, 1 One half hour or until tender.
