4 Crunchie bars; cut into
small
; pieces
175 g Ginger in ginger wine;
roughly chopped,
; reserving 3
; tablespoons of
; liquor (6oz)
1 Traditional brandy snap
baskets; ¥
Scoop the icecream into a bowl and combine with the crunchie bars, ginger
and liquor, mix to incorporate. Place in the freezer to harden up again.
Transfer scoops of the icecream mixture into the brandy snap baskets and
serve immediately.
