Recipe - Honeybaked Holiday Pasta

1 pound Ham; chopped
8 ounce Noodlesplain or spinach;
cooked
6 tablespoon Dried cherries or
cranberries
2 Cloves garlic; minced
3 tablespoon Virgin olive oil
4 lg Carrots; peeled;blanched,
diagonally cut or sliced up
2 cup Peas; blanched
3 Fruit zest of oranges;
lemons limes˙ minced
6 tablespoon Pine nuts; browned and
drained
One half cup Parsley; chopped
Cook pasta following package directions. Drain and return to pan to keep
warm. Heat olive oil in medium saute pan. Add garlic and saute over med
heat until tender. Add carrots, peas, and hamsaute until warmadd to
pasta. Combine parsley, zest and cherries or cranberries in separate
bowl.Stir half of parsley mixture into skilletadd pasta and toss.Place
pasta on platter and sprinkle remaining zest mix and pine nuts over top.
