Recipe - Honey Its Parsnips

1 One half pound Parsnips; peeled and
diagonally cut or sliced up into
1/2" pieces
Three fourths cup Water
One half teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Honey
One fourth cup Orange Juice
1 teaspoon Orange Peel; grated
In a saucepan, cook parsnips in water and salt over medium heat until
forktender, about 10 minutes. Drain and remove from pan. In same pan heat
butter, honey, juice and orange peel together; toss with parsnips and a
little salt, if desired. Serve hot.
