Ingredients:
Honey Yougurt Dressing recipe makes 6 Servings
1 cup Plain lowfat yogurt
2 tablespoon Plus
2 teaspoon Honey
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
In a small bowl whisk together all the ingrediants until well mixed Store
in refrigerator and shake well before each use. Use for fruit salads. Makes
one cup
