Ingredients:
Honey Taffy recipe makes 10 Servings
1 cup Strained honey
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Butter or butter substitute
Few grains salt
Boil honey, salt, and sugar to hard ball stage (265 270 F). Add butter.
Pour into wellbuttered pan. Cool. Pull until white and porous. Cut in
