One half cup Burtter
1 teaspoon Salt
8 Sweet potatoes
In a wellgreased baking dish, spoon the combined honey, butter, and salt
between layers of cut or sliced up sweet potato. Bake in a moderate (350^) oven for
30 minutes, basting frequently.
