Recipe - Honey Strawberry Butter

One half cup Butter; softened
One half cup Honey
1 pt Fresh strawberries; cut or sliced up
1 Orange; grated peel of

Put all ingredients in a blender on medium speed and beat until smooth.
Makes 2 cups. Serve on pancakes and waffles.
