Recipe - Honey Spiced Chicken

2 Chickens, 3lb. each
One half cup Honey
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Butter, melted
One fourth cup Prepared mustard
One half teaspoon Curry powder, optional
Rinse chicken; pat dry. Combine honey, salt, butter, mustard and curry
powder; mix well. Dip chicken pieces in sauce; place chicken pieces
skinside up, in roasting pan. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees, basting
occasionally with remaining sauce. Serve over rice if desired.
