Recipe - Honey Sesame Chicken

One fourth cup Allpurpose flour
One fourth cup Sesame seeds
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Honey
4 Boneless skinless chicken
breast halves; (1 One fourth lb.)
2 tablespoon Extravirgin olive oil
5 2/3 ounce Pkg herbed chicekn couscous
mix; (Near East)
2 md Zucchini; in quarters
lengthwise, cut or sliced up into
1/4" pieces (2 cups)
2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
Mix flour and sesame seeds in Medium bowl; set aside. Mix mustard and honey
in small bowl. Brush chicekn with mustard mixture; coat well with sesame
seed mixture. Heat oil in large skillet on Medium heat. Add chicken; cook
45 minutes on each side or until coating is deep golden brown and chicken
is no longer pink inside. Prepare couscous as directed on package, adding
zucchini and lemon juice after stirring couscous into boiling liquid. Serve
chicken with hot couscous mixture. Makes 4 servings. MC formatting by
